Complaints

We're sorry to hear something about our services is making you unhappy.  When things go wrong, we want to know so we can put them right as quickly as possible.

 

There are two ways in which you can make a complaint:

2 Write to Managing Director at the companies address.  (please mark letter " Private and Confidential")

 

 

We will endeavour to contact you within five working days of receiving your communication.
