Seleta provides Training Services to many local companies.  These companies tell us how many trainees/apprentices they plan to employ and we help find those people. Firstly we invite the young person into our offices/training centre for an initial assessment test, this lasts for 1 hour and depending upon results, and after a short interview we invite the applicant to attend an interview at a company. If the company thinks the individual is suitable they will offer the person a job, Seleta will arrange the training either as an Advanced Modern Apprentice, Foundation Modern Apprentice or NVQ Trainee.  A training programme will be prepared, attendance at College on a day release basis will also be arranged, as is necessary.  Seleta will monitor the trainee throughout the training period providing support and guidance to the trainee. Most trainees go on to complete their training as fully qualified people achieving the appropriate qualifications for their chosen career. Seleta specialise in the following occupations:-
